4th stimulus check: $600 for Californians, $1,000 teacher bonuses, $2,000 payment petition

Millions of parents received their third child tax credit checks in their bank accounts this morning. And if you live in California, you could be getting even more money with the second round of Golden State Stimulus checks for $600 (or up to $1,100) on Friday.
