Early Childhood Education in California: Is there a PK-3rd credential on the horizon?

The Commission on Teacher Credentialing’s (CTC) is actively working on “multiple, accessible” pathways for elementary teachers and ECE permit holders to teach in TK and developing a PK-3rd ECE specialist credential.
